Refund policy

30 days, no questions asked

If an app you bought from us is not for you, for any reason, ask for a refund within 30 days of your purchase and you get a full refund. This applies to every purchase made on bootlegcheeseburger.com.

How to ask

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders, so Paddle handles refunds. To request one:

• go to paddle.net, look up your purchase with the email you used, and request a refund; or
• reply to the Paddle receipt email for your order; or
• write to us at support@bootlegcheeseburger.com with your order number and we will arrange it with Paddle.

Refunds go back to the payment method you used. Once Paddle approves a refund, it usually takes 5 to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.

What happens to your serial

A refunded purchase ends the license: on every computer activated with that serial, an app with a free demo returns to the demo, and any other app stops working.

After 30 days

If something has gone wrong after the 30 days, such as an app not working on your computer as described or a duplicate purchase, write to us and we will work with Paddle to put it right.

Your rights

This policy does not limit any rights you have under consumer law where you live. Paddle's buyer terms and refund policy also apply to your purchase.
